People read all these story books and think it's great to find out that you are different. A lowly peasant boy suddenly finding out that he has magical powers and gets everything that he has ever wished for because of it. Nothing is ever said of his friends and family shunning him or society thinking he is an abomination to be hunted down and killed for no greater crime than an accident of birth.

Those stories really bug me...

I'm cynical I know, but I'll tell you how it all started and maybe you will understand.

The book is called Werekind: the origin and it's inspired by the x-men, potc and various myths of werecreatures and a dream I had.

since I have the luck of being both an artist and a graphic designer, all the art for the book will be done by me.

So.... what can you expect from the book?
pirates, adventure, a little romance and quite a lot of animals ;)

stay tuned for more as november kicks off.
